When an out of control driver on the highway hit the rear driver’s side of [we’ll call her] Barb’s Kia Sportage, it threw our long time customer’s vehicle into an uncontrollable and terrifying weaving; narrowly missing hitting several other vehicles on the highway and almost rolling over, before the Kia finally came to a stop on the side of the highway.
A Beeline to M&T Auto Body
Barb instinctively knew to drive straight to M&T Auto Body. By the time she arrived at the shop, she was shaking uncontrollably and in such a panic she thought she was going to die. The front desk attendant recognized that Barb, terrified by the experience, had gone into a state of shock. She also learned Barb had had nothing to eat or drink for many hours, and immediately notified John of the customer’s condition.
Eat, Drink, Relax
John knew just what to do. His gentle demeanor helped calm her down and he offered to take her out for a late lunch. After having something to eat and drink, along with John’s patient ear, Barb felt better. John drove her home and told her to get some rest and he would return when she was ready to go get a rental car.
Now, whenever Barb needs help with anything – vehicle, lawn mower or appliance repairs – she calls John at M&T Auto Body.
